PSA package uses Pressure Swing Adsorption. Impurities are adsorbed at<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"fontstyle01\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%\">high pressure and then desorbed at low pressure. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">The hydrogen PSA unit purifies hydrogen-rich feed gas and product high purity hydrogen (up to 99.999%) and a purge<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">stream containing the impurities.<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">The capacity and hydrogen recovery of the unit depend on the type and composition of<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">the feed gas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wordsection1\" style=\"text-align: justify;line-height: 150%\"><span class=\"fontstyle01\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%\">The package includes adsorber vessels (from 2 to more than 10 beds)\u00a0as well as piping and instrumentation to purify<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"fontstyle01\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%\">Hydrogen and supply tail gas for compression unit. In the main mode of operation, there is always some adsorber vessels in adsorption, while the others are in depressurization, regeneration or re-pressurization.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"wordsection1\" style=\"text-align: justify;line-height: 150%\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">During adsorption, feed gas enters the bottom of the adsorber, while pure hydrogen<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">leaves from the top. At the end of adsorption, the adsorber is loaded with impurities, concentrated at the bottom and desorbtion is needed to prepare the bed for next adsorbtion. <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle01\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 150%\">Internally this is a batch-type process.
